Drop Ins

CTEA understands that you may want to try out a program or class before you sign up, or that you just wandered into the facility to try something new. To help support that, starting January 6th, 2025 you will be able to just drop in for programs for an altered price. If it’s your first time at one of our programs it will be completely free to try out! Check it out and learn whether or not it is for you. Upon another drop in the price will be set to a flat rate of 25$.

Payment/Delayed Payment

CTEA wants to try and help you create better gaming habits and routines, and to help with that we are now allowing for delayed payments through venmo. We will keep track of drop ins or other usage of programs, as well as provide that tracking upon request to make sure we are accurate. At the end of months we’ll send invoices to you via email, including options to pay via Cash, Check, or Venmo. We do ask that you pay on time however as delayed payment of more than a month will incur overdue interest at 2% of the principal. To be clear this is a month after you were notified of the payment. However, we also want to work with you so please contact us with any questions or concerns you have, or if you want to discuss payment plans or financial assistance, please email staff@ctresportsacademy.com.

Multi Program Sign Up

For the 2025 Winter and Spring Season CTEA will be introducing our Open Play Pass Program, which is a 75$ a month program to access our Open Play time at any time during the week. When you sign up for Open Play you can also get 10% off of any other program that you sign up for. If you are interested in Robotics, Esports, or our future Game Design course, you can receive a 10% discount on those sessions by signing up for our Open Play, General Pass Program!

Esports Refunds

CTEA wants to create team environments in which our students can participate in esports leagues, however sometimes we are unable to fully roster teams. When this happens we switch to a heavier practice model in which we focus on out of season, more individual growth. If this happens we will refund up to 1/5th of the price of the esports program you are signed up for upon request. This is not applicable to our practice programs.

Refer a Friend

Refer a friend to a CTEA Class for a 10% discount on your next program sign up. Refer-A-Friend system may be subject to change in the coming months.
